You Will Be Hated By Everyone

Traditional Roman Catholics
Are Persecuted

"And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake."

St. Mark 13:13

We have been warned by Our Lord  Jesus Christ.

Traditional Catholics are persecuted by their  friends,  relatives, and even families. They are being hated because of their loyalty to the teachings of Our Lord Jesus Christ. If you are living for the world and living for yourself, others will welcome you, see you as their best friend.  But if you start living for Christ, they make fun of you because you are different. Satan sees your commitment and will use those who belong to him to do what ever it takes to tear you down. Satan will even use your own family to persecute you.

Traditional Catholics are persecuted because of their rejection of the New Mass which is the Abomination of Desolation. Our Lord Jesus Christ have warned us in the Gospel.

Mark 13:12-14
"And the brother shall betray his brother unto death, and the father his son; and children shall rise up against the parents, and shall work their death. And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake. But he that shall endure unto the end, he shall be saved.  And when you shall see the abomination of desolation, standing where it ought not: he that readeth let him understand."

Our Lord did not say what people wanted to hear, but what was true. He did not adapt to people. He expected people to adapt to God's truth as He spoke it. He spoke a universal truth that would outlast the physical universe.  God's truth is a sword which divides truth from falsity, right from wrong, good from evil, and much else.

St. Matthew 10:34-39
"Do not think that I came to send peace upon earth: I came not to send peace, but the sword. For I came to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in lawAnd as a man's enemies shall be they of his own householdHe that loveth father or mother more than me, is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me, is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not up his cross, and followeth me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life, shall lose it: and he that shall lose his life for me, shall find it."

Jesus confronts us with the truth. He is the truth. We have to respond. The way we respond divides us. We can either accept the truth or reject it. If we try to ignore it, that is a form of rejection. When Jesus ministered on earth he had some who followed him, and some who sought to kill him and eventually had him crucified.

God has always called for family unity and marital harmony, our Lord Jesus warned that He would bring division. When people come to Him to be His disciples, and to worship Him in the Traditional Latin Mass to receive His forgiveness and the gift of eternal life, the result would be division between between members of families. Our Lord is saying that entire families will be separated through Him.

Luke 12:51-53
"Think ye, that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, no; but separation. For there shall be from henceforth five in one house dividedthree against two, and two against three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against his father, the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother, the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law."

By his coming to earth, Jesus confronted us in a new way with God's eternal truth. Men had to react to this confrontation. Their reaction divided them into two groups, those who accepted Jesus and those who rejected him It was not unusual then, and is not unusual today, to have different members of the same family be in different groups.

Christ said that sometimes this division would be serious, with deadly consequences.

St. Matthew 10:21-22
"The brother also shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the son: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and shall put them to death. And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake: but he that shall persevere unto the end, he shall be saved."

Many people will be so opposed to Jesus and His radical and righteous way of life, that they will hate true believers and go so far as to kill their own family members or betray them to cruel religious or civil authorities who will murder them.

When a brother, sister, mother, father, objects to our commitment to Christ in the Traditional Latin Mass, they may present an ultimatum. Either choose them or choose Jesus! A parent, brother, sister, relative, friend, may make the same challenge to the person who chooses to follow the Lord Jesus as a Traditional Roman Catholic.  In all circumstances, a Traditional Roman Catholic must choose to follow the Roman Catholic Faith regardless of consequences. There must be no compromise.

Jesus warns us not to love our parents or children too much. We have to make sure that we always love Him more than our family.

St. Matthew 10:34-39
"He that loveth father or mother more than me, is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me, is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not up his cross, and followeth me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life, shall lose it: and he that shall lose his life for me, shall find it."

St. Matthew 10:16-17
Behold I send you as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be ye therefore wise as serpents and simple as doves. But beware of men.

St. Matthew 10:26-28
Therefore fear them not. And fear ye not them that kill the body, and are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him that can destroy both soul and body in hell."

"Am I then become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?"

Galatians 4:16
